Geistlich Bio-Oss®

Geistlich Bio-Oss® is a sterile, biocompatible porous bone mineral substitute. Due to its structure Geistlich Bio-Oss® is physically and chemically comparable to the mineralized matrix of human bone. It is available in spongiosa (cancellous) granules and blocks.

Puros® Cancellous Particulate Allograft

Proven, Predictable Regeneration

  • Acts as an osteoconductive scaffold for new bone formation1,2
  • In large-volume applications, prospective studies have documented faster bone regeneration at six months than grafts containing sintered bovine bone matrix3,4
  • In small-volume applications, regeneration of hard bone has been reported as early as 3-5 months

Foundation

Foundation® is a revolutionary bone augmentation material for use after teeth extractions. Collagen-based, it provides support for implants, bridges, and dentures. Immediately following an extraction, Foundation is placed into the socket. The surrounding cells and capillaries infiltrate Foundation. As the extraction socket heals, it is filled with new augmented bone. Foundation is shaped in “bullet” form for easy placement.

Bioceramic Materials :

BC Sealer

A revolutionary premixed and injectable root canal sealer utilizing new bioceramic nanotechnology! EndoSequence BC Sealer’s nano particle size allows it to flow readily into canal irregularities and even dentinal tubules and unlike traditional sealers; EndoSequence BC Sealer has absolutely no shrinkage! This highly radiopaque and hydrophilic sealer chemically bonds to both dentin and to our bioceramic gutta percha. It uses the moisture naturally present in dentin to initiate and complete its setting reaction and it is anti-bacterial during setting due to its highly alkaline pH.

BC Liner

EndoSequence BC Liner is Brasseler’s latest innovation in the line of revolutionary EndoSequence Materials. Unlike BC Sealer™ and BC RRM™ (Root Repair Material), BC Liner is dual cure and is designed to bridge the gap between pure calcium silicate based bioceramics and more user-friendly, light-curable bioactive restorative materials. EndoSequence BC Liner is a first-generation bioactive hybrid resin optimized for use with BC Sealer and BC RRM. This versatile and durable material chemically bonds to dentin without the need for a bonding agent. The unique, moisture-friendly chemistry seals teeth against micro leakage and continuously releases and recharges calcium, phosphate and fluoride ions for a lasting biological benefit.

BC Liner provides optimal protection for your root canal therapy. Not only is BC Liner bioactive it is also extremely strong. Most Glass Ionomers or Resin Modified Glass Ionomers have a compressive strength of less than 150 MPa and a flexural strength of less than 40 MPa. BC Liner’s novel formulation provides a compressive strength of 241 MPa and a flexural strength of 99.2 MPa*.

MTA

  • Apical plug during apexification
  • Repair of root perforations during root canal therapy
  • Treating internal root resorption
  • Root-end filling material
  • Pulp-capping material

EndoSequence BC Gutta Percha

For years, scientists and dental manufacturers have tried to create a sealer and filler that will bond to both the dentinal walls and to themselves. All attempts to create such a system have fallen short due to a lack of true chemical bonding or to issues with shrinkage (sealer, gutta percha or both). EndoSequence BC Obturation System overcomes the limitations of traditional materials by utilizing the newest bioceramic nanotechnology to provide a sealer that will readily bond to both the dentin and to the bioceramic gutta percha…and without any shrinkage whatsoever!

EndoSequence root repair material

Premixed and available in an injectable or putty consistency, EndoSequence Root Repair Material provides superior handling and healing properties for all of your root repair needs. This highly radiopaque and hydrophilic material has a very small particle size and unique composition that allows it to bond to dentin. It utilizes the moisture naturally present in the dentin to initiate and complete its setting reaction, and it is antibacterial during setting due to its highly alkaline pH.

Geristore Cement

Geristore® is a biocompatible hybrid ionomer and self-adhesive that can be used as a base, liner, subgingival restorative or cement. Bonds to dentin, enamel, composite, porcelain and metal including stainless steel.

EndoSequence BC RRM Putty

BC RRM-Fast Set Putty contains the same characteristics as our tried-and-true BC RRM Paste BC-RRM Putty but with a new fast set chemistry and an improved Sanidose syringe delivery. There is no mixing, no waste, and no cross contamination. Best of all, you get a consistently perfect unit dose putty plug with every application. BC RRM-Fast Set Putty takes 20 minutes to set and is even more resistant to washout than our market-leading BC RRM-Putty!

Kontour Sustain Porcine Resorbable Membranes

White, nonfriable, conformable membrane matrix engineered from highly purified type I collagen derived from porcine tendon. It is indicated for use in oral surgical procedures as a resorbable material for placement in the area of the dental implant, bone defect or ridge reconstruction to aid in wound healing. The semipermeable membrane allows for nutrient exchange while providing a cell barrier to prevent epithelial downgrowth. It is flexible and conforms to the contours of the defect site.

Rubber Dam

A dental dam is a latex or nonlatex sheet with a hole punched in the material to allow placement around the tooth during the endodontic procedure. One of the primary objectives of endodontic treatment is disinfection of the root canal system. Only dental dam isolation minimizes the risk of contamination of the root canal system by indigenous oral bacteria. The dental dam also offers other benefits, such as aiding in visualization by providing a clean operating field and preventing ingestion or aspiration of dental materials, irrigants and instruments. Endosequence core Build up material

EndoSequence Core Build-Up Material + is a dual-purpose build-up and post cementation material that features an ideal balanced viscosity. This highly radiopaque, fluoride-releasing, dual-cure material has outstanding strength and is syringeable, while also being stackable. Unlike other core materials, there is virtually no perceivable difference between cutting EndoSequence CBM+ and natural dentin. The unique moisture-tolerant chemistry has selfadhesive and self-etching properties, which make bonding agents optional when there is a retentive form preparation. Unlike other core build-up materials, EndoSequence CBM+ does not contain Bisphenol A, Bis-GMA or BPA derivatives.
