My Dad, who is 87 yrs old, needed urgent endodontistry care this week. Dr. McMahan and his staff member Jenna went out of their way to help him through the process. They each contacted me on several separate occasions, to keep me up to date on Dad's progress, as I live nearly 2 hours away and was unable to be there to help him through this unexpected upset to his routine. The empathy and understanding they showed to my Dad and me was amazing! I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of any type of endodontistry care.

I am so sorry I haven't posted this review sooner. Totally impressed with this office, the team, their services and care. I received an appointment within 24 hours of my initial dental visit. Had a root canal done at that visit with zero problems or issues. I would also like for the office to know what a special employee that have with Laken, who could not have treated me better or been more understanding and professional. Thank you all so very much! Can’t say enough about Otsego Endodontics staff and Dr. McMahan. I had no appointment and they fit me in on the same day I called after putting up with a toothache for a few days, ended up with a root canal, all fixed and feeling great. So appreciative of their caring staff but I hope I don’t have to see them again anytime soon lol! Thank you.
